1st training on ice

already few days in berlin, and all seems to be fine, i m training with roger of course, and also Sietse (and the bear) now, a sprinter form netherland...
few bonus guys and girl join us for more fun....Jan a skater fom switzerland, thierry (surprise by the toger)my short track coach and mathilde....

steven our conditioning coach arrived yesterday.... so we already start with some cool exercice ...so creative what he plan....

zurich world inline cup: 9TH

sunday i was in zurich for the world inline cup. i finished 9th from this 43km race.
i breakaway in a group of 14 in the 1st lap of the race.

zurich is normally famous for a massive sprint but it seems 110mm change the rules and the race was much harder than before...

now i go train on ice in berlin...

training in holland

for my holiday time i m back in holland inn hotel in wolvega, here i keep training with a full program with core training, resistance stretching with bob cooley, and general physical preparation with steven.

thanks Spadunya for helping me with quality product. since 1 year i use this product during massage with my physio. i love to use purple color oil after training it give me good feeling and help to recovery.....

here a picture i did with all sport in france which need to use a helmet... in my career i had few crash and my helmet was really usefull...so this is here just to remember you to use a helmet..and to support people from UNAFTC association in france...

here is one of the picture from my 500m in gross gerau, i was in semi final with kwinten tas...in the last corner i kick my skate and loose control...i went straight and almost crash in the turn...i was lucky that this metallic protection was here, i could hit that and go back on the track....
on this picture it s nice to see the face of the people behind the protection...
