fly to vancouver

tomorow i will fly to vancouver...amsterdam frankfurt...then i meet colin there and we fly direct to vancouver. here we will meet christele gautier the responsable from the french team organisation...
i race 1500m next thursday....

world cup heerenveen

here is my first podium in B group world cup 1500m...i finished 3rd with a time of 1m49.82
...
10km was still not good with 14m05 ...
...
and mass start was ok..i finished 7th...

world championship all round in hamar

last week end i was in hamar for world all round...1st time this competition and i finished 19th... new PB on 500m with 37.00 and new season best on 1500m with 1m49.88
it seems to work good with m ynew coach colin coates...we have great fun and work good tehcnicaly...

5000m world cup erfurt

hi,
this morning i did 5000m in erfurt during world cup, i was coach by colin an australian guy...really good job he do to me. my time was 6m47 so little better , still not like great but way better than begining of the year. here is my lap time during the race...still some problem to find right rythm in straight line so i don t glide really good...but corner get better...

test erfurt bis...3000m

3000m is getting better 3m53.55 that is my best time in europe ever...that is good sign 5 days before the 5000m world cup...

after few week without news here i m back...i was just training in secret ^^ in thialf since begining december....pretty much happen...i did some inline, and some marathon...i won one in the 1st divisie ...so things are working little better.

today i did test in erfurt...
500m 37.72
1500m 1m51.6 ....

world cup heerenveen...

2nd world cup event of the year was still not so good for me...1500m was 4sec slower than last year and my 5000m was 6m58 so my slowest time of the year....something is going wrong and i have to find the solution quickly...

so on saturday evening i got new blade to try... and on sunday i was already better with 1m12.69 in the 1000m...finally i got more speed back as i could do a lap of 26.7 , my fastest for this year...in the afternoon i did team puirsuit and france finished 11th...

next week end i go to moscou...for 1500m and 10000m...

berlin world cup 08

first week end in berlin was not so good...i was kind of slow in the 5km with a 6m53...
on saturday i didn t recovery good from this long 5km so i got a 1m51 in 1500m....still not good enougth...compare to last year and compare to my training times....
next week end in heerenveen....
