6m57 for 1st test

ok first test was not so fast...really not...so let s keep working....and let see if it get better when i m use to the salt lake city altitude...

one week in salt lake already

i m in salt lake city with sietse and roger since a week now...we find a cool appartment to stay only 10min from the oval...here is few picture...

it s really good place to train, yesterday we went biking in the moutain...2h uphill for a 3h ride...really nice...

3rd week in berlin

thing are going good in for the 3rd week in berlin with roger sietse and steven. my neck pain is gone and we have lot of quality and fun in training on ice and bike.
sunday i will race the coniX race in berlin (then i can meet again my cool teammate from powerslide), then i drive back to france...

2nd week in berlin

training is belin is going good... steven is still here to train us for running habilities and core training.... soon some video of training coming here...

1st training on ice

already few days in berlin, and all seems to be fine, i m training with roger of course, and also Sietse (and the bear) now, a sprinter form netherland...
few bonus guys and girl join us for more fun....Jan a skater fom switzerland, thierry (surprise by the toger)my short track coach and mathilde....

steven our conditioning coach arrived yesterday.... so we already start with some cool exercice ...so creative what he plan....

zurich world inline cup: 9TH

sunday i was in zurich for the world inline cup. i finished 9th from this 43km race.
i breakaway in a group of 14 in the 1st lap of the race.

zurich is normally famous for a massive sprint but it seems 110mm change the rules and the race was much harder than before...

now i go train on ice in berlin...
