back in holland

i m finally back in holland inn hotel in wolvega after 6 weeks in salt lake city. i was a pleasure to skate in thialf again....it s nice to feel the atmosphere here with so many skater 1 week before their national championship...
i spend lot of time before and after training to do resistance stretching with roger. it give me good feelings.

tuesday i m going back in europe...

yesterday i race a 1000m in 1m11.71 , that s my second best time ever...so i m pretty happy about it. on 3km i race 3m58 so there is still lot of work there to do....
