one week in france...

last week was time for a easier week in france. i could spend time to check training from some inline skater in Nantes (thomas, cindy etc) and do all the things to try to get a visa for Russia... not so easy... my 1st demand is refused...

but yesterday i finally got a tourism visa...so if it arrive in netherland in time;..i will be able to go and compete in Kolomna...

summary, from my new PB

hi , here is a summary of my New PB after 5 weeks of training and racing in salt lale city and calgary:

500m..........from 37,94 to 37,55sec
1000m........from 1m12.04 to 1m11.12
1500m........from 1m50.75 to 1m47.24

today Briand Pascal did a new PB and a new french national record 1500m. the record was hold by Cedric Kuentz. Pascal finish 12th in B group with a time of 1M47.24

the 2nd stage form ice speed skating world cup start tomorow in calgary... here is few picture of the incredible sport university where you can find all about training...in every sports...

3 new personal best in WC salt lake city

last week end was the world cup ice speed skating in slat lake city, utah. pascal did 3 new personal best time in his 3 races.

1500m: 1m48.2

5000m: 6m33.12

1000m: 1m11.33

next week end is the wc in calgary, canada...

2 new personal best on 500M and 3000M

this morning pascal did 2 new personal best time: 500m with 37sec55 and 3000m with 3m49sec21....so that was french national record....for 10minutes ^^ cause then A. contin did a 3m46.67....

nba evening: tah jazz, houston rockets

...thursday evening, pascal went to see NBA game

in salt lake city....utah jazz loose against houston rockets... that was areally good show...
