sunday i took a rest day...really needed cause 2 x training in the rain on inline is not so easy , specially saturday afternoon i did my favorite condition training...
20min 70% , 10min 30sec 90%/30sec 30%, 10min 70%, 10min30sec 90%/30sec 30%, 10min 60%... it is 1h pretty intense...i love it. good for the cardio part of training.
this morning i run 30min and this evening i go short track 6x 9laps...
